Set of Instructions:

• Option 1. If there is enough space near the garbage truck parking area, turn around and back into the loading dock using an S-shaped backing maneuver.
• Option 2. Ask a Postal employee to move one of the trucks parked next to the gate so you can safely back into the loading dock.
• Option 3. Drive around the block and approach from the opposite direction, then back into the loading dock using an S-shaped backing maneuver.
• If neither option is possible or it is not safe to reach the loading dock, call ROC and take clear photos as evidence.
