Set of Instructions:

  • Option 1. Get out of the vehicle and inspect the area first. In most cases, there is enough room to safely maneuver and back into the loading dock.
  • Option 2. Reverse into the post office. Pay close attention to the yellow pole near the gate while backing up.
  • Reminder: Always exit by driving the wrong way on the one-way road. This is the only safe way to leave this location.
  • If neither option is possible or it is not safe to reach the loading dock, call ROC and take clear photos as evidence.
